Terms of Service
Also referred to as Terms and Conditions
Last updated: August 8, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the My Play Codes website and application (the “Service”) operated by Digital Reach Creative Content and Solutions, LLC (“Digital Reach,” “DRCCS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), doing business as DRCCS, at myplaycodes.com and related environments we operate.
By creating an account, purchasing products, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
The Service is owned and operated by Digital Reach Creative Content and Solutions, LLC (DBA DRCCS). My Play Codes is a trademark of Digital Reach Creative Content and Solutions, LLC. The domain myplaycodes.com is owned by the company, which maintains the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be able to form a binding contract and use the Service only for lawful purposes.
- The Service is intended for coaches, staff, and other adults who manage team play communications—not for children under 13.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of registration information and for keeping your password confidential.
- You must confirm your email address when the Service requires it before full access is available.
- You may enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) so that sign-in also requires a one-time code sent to your account email. If you enable MFA, you are responsible for maintaining access to that email inbox to receive codes.
- You may register one or more passkeys on your account after registration and email verification (managed on your Profile page). Passkeys use device or password-manager credentials and may sync across your devices when your provider supports it. You are responsible for controlling access to the devices and accounts that hold your passkeys, and for removing lost or retired passkeys from your Profile. Your password (and optional email MFA) remain available as backup sign-in methods.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- You may close your account from your Profile page. Closing signs you out and blocks sign-in. Remaining PDF download credits are not usable while closed and may be set to zero if you reopen more than 30 days after the close date. Active subscriptions are set not to renew (cancel at period end) in accordance with our billing practices; we do not provide mid-period prorated refunds solely because you closed the account. Play code profiles and branding may be retained with the closed account for operational and legal purposes. Passkeys are removed and multi-factor authentication is disabled when an account is closed.
- If you closed your account yourself, attempting to register again with the same email may trigger an email with a time-limited link to reopen the account (where allowed). Accounts closed by an administrator cannot be reopened through that process. Reopening requires setting a new password. Usernames of closed accounts remain reserved and are not available for new registrations.
- We may close accounts for abuse, security, or operational reasons. Administrators may also require a password change at next login or require email re-verification.
3. The Service
My Play Codes provides tools to create and manage play-code profiles, preview randomized card layouts, and generate PDF player cards and coach sheets for download. Features may include organization/team branding, profile export/import, free PDF download allowances, paid PCPacks (PDF download packs), subscriptions, and optional promotional discounts when offered.
On-screen previews are illustrative only. The live preview of play-code cards (and similar layout previews in the Service) is a close approximation intended to help you design and review layouts. It is not a true, pixel-perfect, or guaranteed representation of the final PDF, how a browser or printer will render that PDF, or how a physical card will look after printing and cutting. Differences may include, without limitation, fonts and font sizes, colors, spacing, borders, scaling, device or printer calibration, paper and ink, and other display or print factors. The downloadable PDF is the product you use for printing; you remain responsible for reviewing the PDF and a test print before game-day or other critical use.
We may improve, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
4. PDF download credits, PCPacks, and what you are purchasing
Successful PDF download
For metered (non-subscription, non-admin) use, a billable event is a successful generation and delivery of a PDF download for the applicable document type through the Service. Download types are tracked separately:
- Play Codes — player card PDF downloads
- Coach Sheet — coach reference sheet PDF downloads
PCPacks (Play Code Packs)
A PCPack (Play Code Pack) is a one-time purchase that grants an allotment of PDF downloads for each download type included in that pack—typically a stated number of Play Codes downloads and a stated number of Coach Sheet downloads. Those quantities are credited to your account after successful payment fulfillment (normally via Stripe webhooks) and are consumed as you successfully download the corresponding PDFs.
Unless a product description expressly says otherwise:
- PCPack credits apply only to the PDF download types and quantities listed for that pack.
- Play Codes credits and Coach Sheet credits are separate balances; using one does not reduce the other.
- Credits are for use with the Service’s PDF download features under your account (subject to ownership and access rules).
- Credits are non-transferable between user accounts unless we expressly allow a transfer.
- Unused pack balances remain available for future downloads according to Service rules (for example, they may remain banked while a subscription is active and apply again after a subscription ends).
What a PCPack is not: a PCPack is not a purchase of email delivery, postal printing, physical cards, or any offline fulfillment. The product you buy is digital download capacity (the allotment of successful PDF downloads) for the covered types.
Optional email copy (convenience only)
When you download a PDF, you may optionally request that we also email a copy of the PDF to your account email. That option is offered as a convenience only.
- Your purchase of free-tier PDF downloads, a PCPack, or a subscription is for PDF download access through the Service, not for guaranteed email delivery.
- Whether or not an email is sent, and whether it arrives, is filtered, delayed, or fails (for example due to provider limits, spam filters, invalid addresses, or temporary outages) does not change whether a successful PDF download counts as a completed billable download or whether download credits were properly used.
- Email delivery is provided on a best-effort basis and is not guaranteed. A missing or failed email is not grounds for a free re-credit, refund, or chargeback when the PDF download itself succeeded.
If download succeeds but email does not, you still have the file from the download (and can often download again later if credits remain). Contact support if you need help locating a recent download or resolving account issues.
Free tier
New accounts may receive a limited free allotment of Play Codes and Coach Sheet downloads as configured by the Service. Free credits follow the same successful-download rules as paid credits.
5. Subscriptions
When offered, a subscription may provide unlimited Play Codes and Coach Sheet PDF downloads for the duration of an active, paid (or trial) period under the plan terms shown at checkout. While an eligible subscription is active, pack balances are generally not decremented for covered PDF downloads; remaining pack balances may resume after the subscription ends, subject to Service rules.
Cancellation stops future renewal. Access typically continues until the end of the current billing period (cancel-at-period-end). Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise at purchase, we do not provide mid-period prorated refunds for unused subscription time. You may manage cancellation and payment methods through Stripe’s Customer Portal when available, or by contacting support.
6. Payments, promos, and taxes
- Paid products are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers in our application database.
- Prices, pack quantities, and plan benefits are those displayed at the time of purchase (including any valid promotion code accepted by Stripe Checkout).
- Fulfillment of digital credits or subscription status is based on confirmed payment events from Stripe (for example, paid checkout sessions and subscription lifecycle webhooks), not solely on returning to a “success” page in the browser.
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes not collected by Stripe or the Service.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes for delivered digital downloads or active subscription periods may result in suspension of related credits or access pending resolution.
7. Your content and acceptable use
You retain ownership of play-code content and branding materials you upload or create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, encrypt/store, generate PDFs from, email (when you request it), and otherwise operate the Service with that content.
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
- Attempt to bypass PDF download metering, ownership checks, authentication, or payment systems
- Interfere with the Service, other users, or our infrastructure
- Misrepresent affiliation with DRCCS or My Play Codes
- Resell bulk automated access to the Service without our written permission
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk to the Service or other users.
8. Intellectual property
The Service software, design, documentation, and branding (including the My Play Codes trademark) are owned by Digital Reach Creative Content and Solutions, LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Service to you. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that on-screen previews match final PDFs or printed output, that PDFs will meet every printer or browser configuration, that email delivery will succeed, or that the Service will be uninterrupted. You are responsible for verifying PDFs and printed materials before game-day or other critical use.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIGITAL REACH CREATIVE CONTENT AND SOLUTIONS, LLC (DBA DRCCS) AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Digital Reach Creative Content and Solutions, LLC (DBA DRCCS) against claims arising from your content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent. Material changes to paid products may also be described at checkout or in-product notices.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Digital Reach Creative Content and Solutions, LLC maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protections apply. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue for disputes, except where law requires otherwise.
