You enter that code to finish signing in. You can only use this after your email is verified. Passkeys (after registration) After you create this email/password account and verify your email, you can add one or more passkeys on your Profile page (for example, Windows Hello, Touch ID / Face ID, or a passkey synced through your password manager). Passkeys are not created during registration—they are an optional, phishing-resistant way to sign in later without typing your password. You can keep your password and optional email MFA as backup.
